Return Policy :
All returns must be authorized by Joanna Ha, Inc. and must be
returned in the original state that they were received. Unauthorized
returns will be refused. Please email us for an RMA number. Returns or
exchanges for merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. There is a
20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. Restocking fees will be
doubled for any unauthorized returns that are accepted in error. If an
authorized return is received after the 30 day period, we will either double the
restocking fee or not accept the return. Sale items, fabrics and custom orders are
non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for
items once they have been altered from their original state (i.e. damaged,
soiled, or laundered). If items returned are not sent back in the proper
condition, the customer will not be refunded. Customer will have the option of
having the items returned to them at their expense or they will be donated to
a local charity of our choice. If there is anything missing from your order please make your claim
within 7 days after receipt. After that we cannot be held responsible for
shortage claims. Please check your orders carefully. All cancellations made
before shipments are subject to 20% processing fees. Email us if you have any
